Private villa with private pool

Vila itself excellent and the best view from the water front backyard. Positive: Accomodation, views and villa Negative: Entry point, long walk to the premises from the entry point if someone on feet and currently lots of road work going on in this area.

Positive: Spacious, plenty of room for our family, private pool, beautiful view over the lake, direct lake access. Great value if you're looking for a spacious, private place close to south gold coast attractions, and don't mind a little bit of a tired, run down property. My family is frugal so it worked perfectly for us. Negative: Property needed maintenance. Dishwasher drawers were rusted and needed to be replaced. Cupboard doors wouldn't open or close properly. Tired property. Lots of cockroaches. Spa bath had a sign that it wasn't working, but sign looked like it had been there for a long time so no sign it'll be getting fixed.
