Private villa with private pool

Positive: The place was clean and tidy. Great location. Family loved the pool and kids loved being able to fish out the back. Negative: Put a crab pot out and didnt get any.

Very disappointed didn’t end up staying because of the smell and the owners are rude Negative: Unfortunately this property does not present as advertised! It smells! Internet doesn’t work and the owners are rude and impossible to deal with.

Positive: Good location. Close to shopping mall, supermarket and Freeway. It is about 30 mins drive to Surfers Paradise and Theme Parks. Customer service replied to my message promptly even it was late night that I was looking for the Wi-Fi password. Good view at back yard, close to the lake. Negative: Both air conditioners in living room and main bedroom seem bit old, and quite noisy at night. There are no air con or heaters in the rest bedroom, fans only. Both washing machine and dryer need to be cleaned properly. The blanket in one of the bedrooms still has blood stain on it.

Vila itself excellent and the best view from the water front backyard. Positive: Accomodation, views and villa Negative: Entry point, long walk to the premises from the entry point if someone on feet and currently lots of road work going on in this area.
